2. Booking and Cancellation:

  • All service bookings must be confirmed using our website, phone, or email.

  • Clients must provide accurate information about their property to ensure proper service delivery.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service to avoid fees.

  • Stellar Clean reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergencies or weather).

3. Payments:

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise.

  • We accept Cash, Checks, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, etc.

  • Non-payment will result in the suspension of future services.

4. Service Guarantee:

Stellar Clean strives for perfection. If there is an issue with your service, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service date. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.

5. Liability:

  • Stellar Clean is not liable for pre-existing damage to property or belongings during the cleaning process.

  • While we exercise utmost care, fragile or valuable items should be secured prior to cleaning.

  • Stellar Clean carries appropriate insurance for accidental damages.

6. Code of Conduct:

Our team is respectful, professional, and trained to deliver exceptional service. Clients are expected to treat our personnel with mutual respect. We reserve the right to end services if abusive behavior occurs.

7. Use of Website:

You must not misuse this website (e.g., spreading malware or engaging in fraudulent activities). Content on this website may not be copied, shared, or sold without permission.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
